Let me know if you do buy it cuz you'd be close enough to come for dinner! Chadds Ford is where the Wyeth clan lived(Jamie still lives there). CF use to be gentrified countryside but now has been swallowed up by the metropolis that Philly is with all that lovely urban traffic and too many people.
