Remember how I am a tea hoarder? You know I have whittled and whittled down my tea stash only to create a tea tin stash? I can NOT bring myself to throw away perfectly good tins. I have looked and searched and thought and thought of ways to recycle, reuse those tins and not much has come to mind.

ReplyDeleteI have the tin hording gene too! I have bought things I didn't really need or want just to get the tin they were packaged in. It's a sickeness I tell ya!! ;-)
ReplyDeleteHeather, I intended to use the tins for the crock pot candy but most of mine are actually the tall cylandrical ones (Republic of Tea type) and it seemed awkward to stack the candy in those. I have some loose teas that I will put in a few of the tins after I open them.
ReplyDeleteYes, I love tins of all types. I will admit to also buying things just for the tin. I have some really cute ones that I will never part with.
